Andrew Quaile FRCS has over 25 years’ experience in Medico Legal Services and currently provides around 300 written medico legal reports each year. Medico-legal reports are provided for courts, tribunals and hearings where an independent medical opinion is required. Their purpose is to ensure that an accurate medical diagnosis is provided, leading from which treatment options are provided with an aim to return the claimant to pre-accident state. Once a steady state has been achieved medically, a disability assessment can be made if relevant.
Reports are provided in an efficient timescale during which Mr Quaile’s office can be contacted for updates. Examinations are usually conducted in a medical facility, but on occasion and with prior arrangement a domiciliary visit can be made.
